As the thought crossed his mind, the tent’s entence flapped open. A tall silhouette silently entered the tent. His form outlined by the flickering touches outside. A few prisoners jerked their heads up to see the newcomer.
Tommy couldn’t see the figure clearly in the night. However a shape on his head gave away his identity. A round mask pulled to the side of his head. As the figure scanned the room, the touch light briefly flickered over his eyes. They flashed a bright green.

Tommy was stuck in a practically empty room in a rotting building with his worst enemy. Siren. Siren was one of the most feared villains being part of the syndicate and having mind control as power.
Whatever he said your body was forced to do, and he wouldn’t hesitate to use his powers to his full advantage. “Hold your breath,” Siren ordered Tommy. The hero was horrified by this order as his body complied.
Siren just laughed as Tommy froze in fear.

Or: Tommy is Dream sidekick and they are heroes. the rest of SBI are villains and Wilbur takes interest in Tommy when he breaks free from Wilbur's mind control.

Or Tommy is Dream's sidekick and is called Blackout, (he is better known as Red) Siren takes a liking to him though, inside and outside civilian form.
