    Hey so I've never been in an actual facility, but I've had a few friends come and go from them as well as read up on it a bunch. I do however have a lot of things kicking up inside my brain and have been threatened to be put into one. All the mental illnesses (panic attacks, hallucinations, self-harm, ect.) are simply gunna be a reflection of myself. I am not by any means trying to be disrespectful of anyone put into these facilities, I'm just trying to put my fear of going into one somewhere and trying to make reason with my own brain. I've been getting a lot worse and will be meeting up with my therapist soon, and hopefully I won't have to write this based off experience.
