Grant it it was original made as a small demo for a project but you liked the consent enough to make it a full playable game for the VR. It was named “The Digital Circus” when it was launched into steam. It had the basic base done but you need to work on the outer world a bit more but that was also put to the corner for the time being. After a heavy depression you left it be for years while you focused on work. The only reason you went back to it was when really your only friend went missing and you needed to drown out reality.

    TLDR: you created and lunched The Digital Circus then forgot about it for years, later going back to it when your friend went missing.

Some technology was too dangerous to let fall into the hands of the public but he wasn't going to waste such a perfect tool, especially when it seemed his Sidekick was in need of an attitude adjustment. It wasn't immoral to help Robin become a better man was it? It was so stressful and dangerous being a vigilante wasn't it his duty to grant his sidekick a bit of pure obedient bliss now and then? And wasn't he, as a kind and caring Master, entitled to enjoy himself a little too?
